Donda West Plastic Surgery Bill Passes in California

Yesterday, the California State Assembly passed the Donda West Bill, which governor/sword movie actor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed into law, that requires all plastic surgery patients to undergo a physical before they can have surgery. The bill was passed in large part due to the death of Kanye West's mom, Donda West, who died in 2007 after complications following a plastic surgery operation. [Daily Swarm]
