Domino to Reissue The Kills' Keep on Your Mean Side

Six years is apparently long enough of a lapse to reissue an album: Domino has announced plans to release The Kills excellent debut, Keep on Your Mean Side, and album that was released in 2003 via Rough Trade. Granted, The Kills are bigger now than they have ever been--thanks to Allsion Mosshart shacking up with Jack White in the Dead Weather, and Jamie Hince shacking up with Kate Moss--so it seems like a ripe time to remind people that The Kills were pretty great six years ago. Still, it's pretty weird, since it's not like Rough Trade is an obscure label that prints 45 copies of new releases. I saw a copy of Keep on Your Mean Side the last time I was in my local record store.

The reissue is due out on May 5, and will feature bonus tracks from the band's Fried My Little Brains and Black Rooster EPs. Here's the new track list:

Superstition
Cat Claw
Pull a U
Kissy Kissy
Fried My Little Brains
Hand
Hitched
Black Rooster
Wait
Fuck the People
Monkey 23
Gypsy Death & You
Gum
Jewel Thief
Sugar Baby
The Search for Cherry Red
Dropout Boogie
