Does This Volkswagen Ad Rip Off Beach House?

Today in "Did an ad agency rip off an indie band we all like?" news: Volkswagen has a lengthy ad campaign out in the U.K. about a dad taking care of his daughter and buying her a Volkswagen. The music is about watching over someone, and it sounds a hell of a lot like Beach House's "Take Care." Seriously, the tone, the message, the everything sounds exactly like the Beach House original. It's pretty obvious this is a budget rip off. Compare the two below and get outraged:
