After repeated run-ins with the law, rapper DMX has been sentenced to at least a month in jail by a Miami judge.

But it didn’t end there for X, as after his request for bond was denied, he uttered “Fuck all that” in front of a judge. The judge then told him that felons with warrants are always remanded without bail in Florida.

DMX will remain jailed until at least October 2, and at that point he will either be charged for his arrest for drug charges in Miami, or extradited to Arizona to face charges (related to illegal gun possession) in that state. He faces five years in jail if convicted in both states. [HipHopDX]
