DMX Given Probation for Verbally Assaulting Prison Guard
A rare bright spot for DMX: An Arizona judge has ruled that the troubled rapper won't face more jail time for verbally assaulting and throwing a tray at a prison guard back in February. Instead, DMX will have an additional 18 months of probation tacked on to his current probation following his three month jail sentence. Pitbulls across America are still on high alert. [TMZ]
