DMX Due Out Of Jail In A Month, Readying Album Too

America's favorite incarcerated rapper not named Gucci Mane or T.I., DMX, is ready to be released from jail, presumably for the last time, if he's to be believed, in a little under a month. He recently got interviewed by Vibe, telling them that he's ready for change this time. The best part of the interview: The rundown of X's crimes, which include more than 25 arrests, 11 felony convictions and 15 misdemeanor charges. Dude has a triple double! 

"I realized that [change] is something that I want do this time. Like the last few times I couldn't wait to get out and go have a drink. Now, I'm in a frame of mind where I'm like 'right into the studio and get my grind on,'" DMX tells VIBE, while serving the last days of his sentence.

DMX isn't done though: He says he has a new album nearly ready to go. He's calling it Redemption of the Beast, and it will feature Sean Kingston, LOX and Tyrese. He also says that Rick Ross invited him to join him Maybach Music Group, but he's still mulling that over. Read the interview at Vibe.
