Last time we saw DMX, he was getting interviewed by FOX in Phoenix in jail, and he looked kind of beat down and agitated. Things have gotten worse for X since then, as he now could face an additional eight years in jail for assaulting a prison guard, My Fox Phoenix is reporting. If X has to spend another eight years behind bars, it'll be perhaps the final, and most devastating, chapter of his criminal tribulations, which he has been spending more time attending to lately than working on new music.
