DJ Earworm mashes up Tom Petty and Beyonce (Video)

Say what you will about Tom Petty, but "Free Fallin''" is an undeniably great song. Beyonce's "If I Were A Boy" is okay I guess. Only DJ Earworm, the same cat who mixed Kanye with Radiohead, would see fit to mix the two, creating this song he's calling "If I Were A Free Fallin' Boy."

It's a well-mixed mash-up, and this accompanying video mash-up is pretty sweet as well-- I really like the juxtaposing of Beyonce and the '80s skateboarders near the end of the clip. To hear an audio-only version, go here. [via Stereogum]
