Dirty Projectors Recording New Album This Summer
It's been a too long two years since Dirty Projectors' masterful Bitte Orca album, with not a whole lot of Dirty Projectors music in the time since. BUT! The group announced via their Facebook that they are headed back into the studio, readying their new album soon:
"dave longstreth has been working on new songs since january, and we are all getting really psyched! the band is getting together later this month to hang, listen and prepare. recording this summer. so excited for the next chapter!"
When that album will be out is a mystery, obviously, but it's time to get excited. At least time to revel in "Stillness is the Move" again. [P4K]
