It is a truth universally acknowledged that college a cappella groups are irretrievably lame. There is essentially nothing that will make you or your a cappella group cool, unless maybe it is composed mostly of hot chicks.
Well, the Carleton Singing Knights of Carleton College are trying to change that by proving that they too, have an internet connection. They've done a cappella versions of Fleet Foxes, Beirut, New Pornographers, and My Morning Jacket, and timely as ever, they've just done this a cappella version of Dirty Projectors' "Cannibal Resource." It doesn't quite make them cool, but a brave choice like this one gets them snaps anyway.
Watch more of their videos, including a decent version of Hall and Oates' "Rich Girl" at their Youtube channel.
