Dirty Projectors Finally Releasing ‘Mount Wittenberg Orca’ Album With Bjork

Back in 2009, Bjork joined forces with the Dirty Projectors for a project called Mount Wittenberg Orca, which they all performed in New York. Now, two years later, the project will finally be released physically: On Oct. 25, Domino issues Mount Wittenberg Orca, the album, a seven-song, 21-minute collection that was inspired by a conversation with Bjork about theaters in Italy, and then expanded into a musical movement. This isn’t the new Dirty Projectors album that everyone has been waiting on, but the overdue physical release of this will do for now.

    Here’s the track list:

    01 Ocean

    02 On and Ever Onward

03 When the World Comes to an End

    04 Beautiful Mother

    05 Sharing Orb

    06 No Embrace

    07 All We Are
