Dirty Laundry TV, the web series that interviews touring bands while they make a necessary stop at the laundromat, needs a little help. The show is trying to raise $15,000 to keep making new episodes, and (at the time of writing) is less than $4,000 dollars away. They only have until June 7 at exactly 12:16PM EDT to reach their goal. The list of bands they've already interviewed is pretty impressive:
In almost 3 years, we've featured over a 100 bands and artists including Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Mike Watt, Liars, Cults, The Rapture, Warpaint, Peter Bjorn & John, Ariel Pink and many, many more.
There is a laundry list of prizes still available including a Dirty Laundry bumper sticker, a Peter Bjorn and John poster, entry to a house show in L.A. with RACES, tickets for Chaos in Tejas shows by Japanther, Iceage, and A Place To Bury Strangers, signed CDs from Perfume Genius and Jeff the Brotherhood, and a haircut from a L.A. salon.
If you're looking to make a bigger investment in the show, a few hundred dollars could get you a DJ set on KXLU, a recording session, and even a guest hosting appearence on the show.
