This oughta get the saliva flowing: the Dillinger Escape Plan, the only New Jersey spazz-metal band ever to release a desert-island-disc, has announced its plans to record a new album in June with producer Steve Evetts. The as of yet untitled third long player is tentatively set for a Fall '07 release. Since dropping the divisive Miss Machine in 2004, the boys of DEP have busied themselves with touring, teaching drum clinics, playing free improv dates in New York and recording Justin Timberlake and Soundgarden covers.
