Did The Black Eyed Peas Inspire 'Fifty Shades Of Grey'?
It looks like the world has yet another reason to hate the Black Eyed Peas today. Author E.L. James recently told Business Insider that the Southern California quartet was a source of inspiration for her Fifty Shades of Grey.
“I have songs that I write sex to,” says James. “One of them is the Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Sexy.’ That’s a very sexy song.” So apparently the Elephunk-track is to be blamed for this year’s erotic fiction fad. [Vulture]
