Details for James Murphy's 'Greenberg' Soundtrack Revealed

Details for the score LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy completed for Noah Baumbach's new movie, Greenberg, dropped today. The soundtrack contains 11 original tracks completed for the movie, and one new LCD Soundsystem song. According to Murphy, the tracks that score the movie sound "NOTHING like LCD, really. it's made to fit the movie, not be 'my record,' so look elsewhere for your dance punk needs. The soundtrack also features songs from Nite Jewel, Galaxie 500, Albert Hammond Jr., The Sonics, and Duran Duran.

The soundtrack for Greenberg is out March 22 on DFA/Parlophone, and the movie is out March 26 in select cities. Peep the tracklisting below. [Pitchfork]
