General manager of 40/40, Desiree Gonzalez according to the NY Post reportedly told an employee she would:

 "[bleep] up his tax life" for getting involved in the messy class-action lawsuit staffers lodged against the Chelsea club owned by Jay-Z, according to a letter filed in court by the lawyer for the workers.

The club seems to be embroiled in its fair share of legal drama, but it doesn't appear that any of the current lawsuits are asking for anything that would even dent Jay-Z's deep pockets.
