The curators of Austin's Fun Fun Fun Fest were in a scramble after the Dum Dum Girls, Crocodiles, and Devo all cancelled their tours recently, including their sets at the fest. Devo's cancellation was especially difficult, as they were set to headline on Sunday, November 7. But FFF founder Graham Williams was able to pull off quite a coup in reuniting renowned pop-punkers the Descendents to close out the fest. This will be their first show with the full band in almost a decade. As Williams put it, "A week ago, we had no idea what we were going to do, and now we couldn't be more happy."
Other late bookings include Washed Out, The Antlers, Cults, and Nortec Collective. The full line-up can be seen here. The fest runs from November 5-7, and limited quantities of tickets are still available.
