Death Row may be up for sale again

The previously reported deal that had Global Music Group acquiring the Death Row catalog is reportedly falling through, as the company, headed by Susan Berg, is having troubles coming up with the $24 million they offered to pay. A group of investors, including actor Jamie Foxx, may try to help Berg raise the money (or buy the catalog themselves), but it seems like Death Row’s catalog (which reportedly still has 20 unreleased tracks by Tupac) will go back to the auction block.
