It's been a long time coming -- seven years to be exact -- but Death In Vegas is finally ready to release their fifth album and first since 2004's Satan's Circus. They're calling it Trans-Love Energies, which refers to the radical 1960s Detroit anti-establishment group of the same name. With that kind of reference point, you have to imagine that Death In Vegas' Richard Fearless and Tim Holmes haven't lost a bit of the dark edge that was heard throughout their previous albums. Trans-Love Energies is mostly led by the vocals of Fearless, though the guys got Austra's Katie Stelmanis to sing on two of the album's 12 tracks.
Trans-Love Energies drops Sept. 12 on Drone Records. You can stream the first leak, "Enforced Peace," below.
