Video: Dean & Britta "Words You Used to Say"
If Dean & Britta's video for "Words You Used to Say" off their album Back Numbers looks strangely familiar to you, I have good news for you: (a) you're not crazy and (b) you have excellent taste. The video, complete with terribly unrealistic driving sequences and Britta's phasing dance routines, is a homage to Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. This album is really damn good. Probably even better than their first. I don't know how Dean Wareham keeps getting cooler and cooler with age.
