Dead Weather to Premiere "Treat Me Like Your Mother" Video on Cinemax

Following the precedent set by Eminem and his "3 A.M." video, the Dead Weather, the band with Jack White and Alison Mosshart of the Kills, have announced that they will premiere the new video for "Treat Me Like Your Mother" on Cinemax on July 11. The video will premiere before Wanted, because apparently all that movie needed to not suck was a music video before it. It's still pretty weird that Cinemax, a channel known mostly for soft core porn that helps teenagers whose parents are unaware that they are watching cable late at night wade through puberty, is airing high profile music videos.
