David Lynch Is Taking Questions On Twitter Today, Announces Remix EP
David Lynch is going to be taking questions on Twitter at noon PST today, and you can take part in the interrogation by tweeting requests to @guardianmusic and using the hashtag #lynchqa. It’s likely that some of those questions will be about his new musical direction, which was introduced in Novembervia this stream of his single “Good Day Today.”
Now, the director has announced a remix EP, which will include a variety of interpretations of “Good Day Today” and will be issued by the Sunday Best label in January. The tracks will be spread across two 12-inch singles, which will bear artwork by legendary 4AD designer Vaughn Oliver. Among those contributing remixes will be Skream, Underworld, Sasha, and Basement Jaxx.
