Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl's got something new and different in the works for this year and it's not new music. Well, not yet, but dude's working on a new sitcom for FX with comedian Dana Gould, who will write and star in the currently untitled program. You might know Gould if you have seen his stand-up specials on HBO and Comedy Central or if you're an avid Simpsons follower as he has been a guest writer on the animated show numerous times. According to NME, this is what we can expect from Gould and Grohl's show:
The comedy will focus on a band on the verge of megastardom who fall out, and in a last ditch attempt to stay together, seek professional therapy. Unfortunately they end up with a misanthropic couples counsellor who is on the brink of divorce.
Anyone else interested in this? FX does have some great comedies.
