Das Racist Freestyle On Pitchfork TV's Selector (Video)
Das Racist are poised for their big breakthrough this year; after spending 2009 as the dudes behind the most eviscerated blog-hit, maybe ever, they launched two mixtapes in 2010, and both of them were the best (even the one with "Combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell"). So expect to see them everywhere this year, including at SXSW where they'll be showcasing, and other fests. For now, check them in the latest episode of Pitchfork TV's Selector, the show that interviews rappers about beats and then has them freestyle. Heems, Dap and Kool A.D. give shout outs to filler producers, and talk about picking beats (as long as it has 180 bpm they're cool) before freestyling.
