You already know Danny Brown's got mad style. While speaking with Noisey in the same cowboy track jacket he wore during his interview with Narduwar, the Detroit rapper talked about where some of his influences come from. Brown says he's concentrating on his live show, but notes that he won't be looking to other rappers: "I'm studying David Bowie," whose mentality he says he's adopted.
The Piscean Brown then proceeds to dance like Joy Division's Ian Curtis, talk about his recording process and speaks on how he never knows what tomorrow will bring. As usual, a great interview.
If I wake up and wanna fuckin' put on some fringe and shit, I do...I don't really think, I just do everything by feeling.
