It took three years, but JL Aronson's documentary on the mythos behind Daniel Smith will finally see a limited theatrical release in select U.S. cities. Danielson: A Family Movie, is described in a press release in the following way: "a documentary about unbridled creativity vs. accessibility, Christian faith vs. popular culture, underground music vs. survival, and family vs. individuality."The film has been screened at numerous festivals, including SXSW, the New York Underground Film Fest and the Frankfurt International Film Festival. It also won awards at the Chicago Underground Film Fest and the Sidewalk Moving Picture Fest. You can catch the film in one of the following cities:
