Daniel Johnston Interviewed On Mary Anne Hobbes BBC Show

Cult icon Daniel Johnston appeared on Mary Anne Hobbes’ BBC Radio 6 Show over the weekend. He talked about his status as a cult icon, selling out shows for over 30 years, working at McDonalds, and buying comics on the road. (Johnston released a graphic novel titled Space Ducks that he funded through Kickstarter a couple years back.)

It’s a pretty short interview, but it’s always interesting to hear Daniel Johnston talk, occupying the unique place in modern music that he does.

Take a listen to the interview below.
