In an effort to take on that immense problem, city officials in Dallas plan to put up billboards urging the hip-hop kids to cover up 'dem boxers, yo. You're looking at one of three planned signs in the left hand corner there. (And if you can make any sense of what that message actually means, you're much more astute than I am.) The other two will reportedly read "Represent Yourself Like You Present Yourself" and "Don't Be Lame, Elevate Your Game." Ha! The folks behind this nonsense urging people not to be lame is like Britney doing a PSA on responsible parenting.
