Daft Punk's Tron Legacy Soundtrack Will Be Released In November
We’ve been teased relentlessly with dubious information, rumors, and fake leaked tracks from Daft Punk’s Tron Legacy soundtrack. But some actual music by the band has also surfaced during this blizzard of promo ahead of the release of the film, and now comes news of the actual soundtrack album.
Daft Punk will release their Tron Legacy score on Nov. 22 in a couple of formats. The deluxe edition, which retails at $39.98, will include a CD, a Daft Punk film poster, and links to some 320kbs MP3 files. The digital edition will include those 320kbs MP3s and will cost you $9.99.
The Tron Legacy movie won’t hit theaters until Dec. 17, by which time everyone should be more than familiar with the soundtrack. Meanwhile, those Daft Punk rumors just won’t go away—sadly (but unsurprisingly) the band has announced that it won’t be playing Disneyland on Oct. 8.

still trying to figure out if one of the leaked tracks i heard was actually from the soundtrack or just a really good fake but i guess we'll find out soon enough ... also, as good as the soundtrack will probably be, can't help wishing for a remix album ...
