Daft Punk Not Releasing New Album In June

Despite what songwriter Paul Williams might have indicated in an interview last week, the new Daft Punk album is not coming in June. This news was confirmed by the folks at Pitchfork, who were contacted by members of the French electronic duo's camp. Sigh. Maybe we'll actually get to hear some new music from Daft Punk in the meantime? Here's hoping. Otherwise this just stinks.
