Daft Punk Get Laser Light Show

Coaxing late-night psychedelia back from the dead, the Seattle Laser Dome has added Daft Punk to its classic-rock dominated cosmic showcase. It's familiar terrain for the French electro/rock duo: Their 2007 "Alive" tour blazed through the science fiction tropes, with quasi-religious pyramids, robot costumes, and all kinds of dizzying lights giving form to a medley of semi-recognizable tunes. With Seattle's finest laser technicians on board, there's no limit. It'll blow your mind.

The show premiers this Thursday at 9:1, following the aply titled "Laser Beatles." Daft Punk won't actually be there. But they were barely human to begin with. [URB via The Daily Swarm]
