Well, it looks like Curren$y has signed a deal with Warner Bros after dropping his first two official albums, the Pilot Talk records, on Blu Roc, which was under the umbrella of Def Jam. This deal, though, is not just for Spitta himself but also for his imprint, Jets International, which will release records by his artists Fiend and Young Roddy. I suppose this is just an easier way for Curren$y to get his albums and those of his close peers out there, though it seemed like he had that power with Blu Roc, too.
Anyway, his first project with Warner will be his forthcoming EP with the Alchemist, Covert Coup, which should be out April 20 (lulz) and is set to feature 10 to 12 tracks.
