U.K. punk riot boys The Cribs have announced another run of North American live shows. The trio (made up of twin brothers and their younger bro) is still supporting its album from earlier this year, the curiously titled Men's Needs, Women's Needs, Whatever. The band has recently been mixing it up in its native land, with both twins Ryan and Gary Jarman battling through injuries sustained from the Cribs' wild stage antics. Later this month, the group heads to Japan. Then the band is back on these shores in November. Follow on after the jump for those dates... 11/12 Montreal, QC - Cabaret 11/13 Ottawa, ON - Capitol Music Hall 11/14 Toronto, ON - Horseshoe Tavern 11/15 Boston, MA - Paradise 11/17 New York, NY - Music Hall of Williamsburg 11/19 Cleveland, OH - Grog Shop 11/20 Chicago, IL - Double Door 11/21 Minneapolis, MN - Varsity Theatre 11/23 Edmonton, AB - Starlite Ballroom 11/24 Calgary, AB - Hi-Fi Club 11/25 Vancouver, BC - Plaza 11/27 Seattle, WA - Neumo's 11/28 Portland, OR - Doug Fir 11/29 San Diego, CA - Pop Scene 12/1 Los Angeles, CA - El Rey
I really don't care for much rock music these days, and for some reason, I love the new Cribs record. What's my ailment?
Etan Rosenbloom
I don't care much for them on record, but this band is fascinating because at live shows, one of the two brothers tends to bleed from the mouth at any random point. I've got a photo of him looking like Robert Smith, pretty gorey stuff.
