U.K. punk trio The Cribs are slated to release their debut album for Warner Brothers July 17. It goes by the curious title Men's Needs, Women's Needs, Whatever. Nevermind, right? Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand produced the album. Andy Wallace (who has also worked with Nirvana and the Foo Fighters) mixed it. And Sonic Youth guitarist Lee Ranaldo makes an appearance on one of the album's twelve tracks.
