Apple enables CoverFlow on iPods

via Gizmodo
Slick.
As much as I sometimes hate's Apple's PR attitudes and army of rabid followers, the company definitely does eye candy well. A video has surfaced of an upcoming firmware update that will enable CoverFlow, previously available on iTunes 7, on your favorite portable music player.
This is of course all rumor and hearsay, but seems like a logical direction for Apple to take.

Makes a lot of sense. I was stranded at my friend's place yesterday and saw CoverFlow for the first time since I had been reluctant to update my iTunes. I'll admit it was pretty cool. All this is great and I am thinking of buying an iPod for the first time, but I think I'm going to buy a DS soon instead.
