Courtney Love Stiffs Maids $3,000

Courtney Love’s been so busy cleaning up her financial messes that she's neglected to pay the people who clean her physical messes. Last February, Elite Maids brought a lawsuit against Love, claiming she owed thousands of dollars for their housecleaning services. When the Hole singer neglected to appear at the court date last Thursday, the judge ruled against her by default, ordering her to pay $3,058.48.

This is the latest in a slew of debts Love has incurred this year. Last month her former bodyguards sued her for $60,000 in unpaid fees. And just a few days ago, officials from Los Angeles County filed a federal tax lien claiming she owes more than $300,000 in unpaid taxes from 2007.
