Courtney Love Claims American Express Charges Aren't Hers

Yesterday it was reported that Courtney Love was being sued by American Express for more than $350,000 after the credit card company alleged she had defaulted on that large of a balance. Talking to TMZ, Love's attorney has denied that the charges are Love's, claiming that someone has taken out 104 AmEx cards in her name and ran up the charges. I'm not sure how that could happen (shred your applications Courtney, jeez), but if it could happen to any celeb, I'd put my money on Love. She's planning on fighting the suit, so maybe this will get more explanation. [TMZ]
