Concert Promoter Suing T.I. For No-Show
A concert promoter in Birmingham, Ala., is suing incarcerated rapper T.I. for misrepresentation, fraud, conspiracy and breach of contract after he failed to show up to a "Welcome Back Party" the promoter had planned for May 28 in Birmingham. The man alleges T.I. promised to make the show, that all his legal troubles were in order, but then T.I. backed out when he was still on house arrest, leaving the man out of at least $50,000 that he paid to T.I. The promoter is seeking unspecified damages. {THR]
