September might be home to the release dates of the latest albums/debuts of Yelawolf, Big K.R.I.T., Phonte, 9th Wonder, J. Cole, and someone else I'm probably forgetting. But November is starting to gain some momentum. Well, it at least apparently will be the month that we will be hearing new albums from both Common and Wale. That's the word according to XXL's Lauren Carter, who revealed that a label representative from Warner Bros. confirmed the release dates. Barring any delays, Com's The Dreamer, The Believer is set to drop Nov. 22 while Wale's Ambition is due out Nov. 1. Man, the fall is looking fucking spectacular for hip-hop.
You can revisit Common's latest single, the Nas-assisted "Ghetto Dreams," below.
