As previously reported, CocoRosie is set to release its third full-length for Touch and Go Records on April 10. What we can now tell you is that the release of "The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn" will coincide with an enormous globe-trotting tour. The trek will see CocoRosie begin in Europe before coming back stateside for some North American dates and then heading back for a some more European action. I'm tired just looking at the itinerary.
