The two freaky "sisters" in CocoRosie announced on May 8th that they would be cancelling the remainder of their North American tour, which was set to hit Philly, Washington DC, Chapel Hill, Atlanta, Louisville, Chicago and Boston. While the exact cause of the cancellation is not yet clear, a bulletin post on the duo's Myspace page indicated that CocoRosie was arrested. For what, the world may never know (perhaps Al Sharpton was opposed to the lewd Unicorn threesome depicted on the cover of their last album Noah's Ark?) but we do know that CocoRosie will be playing their scheduled free concert in New York on 5/19.
