CNN Weighs in on Coldplay vs. Joe Satriani Controversy (Video)

CNN, aka some channel you have to skip over to get to the Food Network, has weighed in on the Coldplay vs. Joe Satriani plagiarism controversy, talking to Satriani at a Chickenfoot concert (they were the only people in attendance), Satriani's lawyer about possibly calling YouTube video creators to testify, and pull quotes of Coldplay's website about the controversy. I wonder if CNN will report about the Wavves meltdown. [Stereogum]

wow... the comment about people not being about to pick up a guitar and just writing music is BULLSH**... Joe has written songs inspired by his LIFE.... that guy probably gave them the idea to f*ckin steal the song.... what a pill of crap... I SUPPORT JOE ALL THE WAY!!!

The Satriani melody is exactly the same as the Cold Play melody but was written years before. Some one in Cold Play must have heard it and forgotten about it because it's too much the same. I'm on Joe's side on this,Cold Plays head is a little too big to admit it.
