Clinic Announce 'Bubblegum' For October Release

The surgical masked creepers known as Clinic have announced that their sixth LP (and first since 2008's Do It!), Bubblegum, is due out on October 5 via long-time label Domino. The album allegedly is more pop-oriented (see the title), which basically means it sort of sounds like the Clientele with louder guitars (if the above megamix is to be believed). The album was produced by John Congleton, who has manned boards for St. Vincent and Explosions in the Sky.
