Classic Rock Lists the Top 10 Stage Mishaps

With news of Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler's recent fall from a concert stage still in everyone's minds, Classic Rock magazine has decided to list the top ten biggest stage mishaps.

They've also been kind enough to link YouTube videos to 'em, but if you don't feeling trudging through all that, here is the list:

1. Bret Michaels gets walloped on the head by a lump of descending scenery

2. Gene Simmons’ hair catches fire (silent movie)

3. Metallica’s James Hetfield accidentally steps into a 12-foot tower of flame at Montreal’s Olympic Stadium circa 1992 

4. Noel Gallagher attacked by fan in Toronto

5. Axl Rose falls off stage in Los Angeles

6. Coldplay’s Chris Martin falls over (hurrah!)

7. Kurt Cobain gets attacked

8. Beyonce falls down steps in Orlando.

9. Romanian TV show tragedy.

10. Unknown rock star gets killed

By the way, number ten is actually a gag -- a commercial that shows a rock star getting electrocuted. They probably wanted to be polite and leave out Damageplan/Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, who was murdered on stage.
