The super-sprawling (just look how many people are in that picture!), largely instrumental rock collective known as Citay has announced '08 tour plans. The band, whose name comes from the way certain classic rock singers like Steve Perry would tend to stretch out the pronunciation of the word 'city,' has a few Pacific Northwest shows scheduled for this month. Then Citay will hit Austin in March for South by Southwest and head out into more of America from there. The touring comes in support of the band's album Little Kingdom, which came out late last year on Dead Oceans.
