The Best Buy - Sandisk - Rhapsody triple threat at least produced a new player, the e200R, that supposedly played better with Rhapsody. Circuit City + Napster = Circuit City + Napster, in one of the more imaginatively titled business entities in recent history. Oh sure, the promise exclusives of some kind, but generally this just looks to be a marketing partnership with Circuit City getting people on the hook with their first month of subscription music free, as well as the first five song purchases on the house.
