Chris Brown's Mother Takes To Twitter To Defend His Controversial Halloween Costume

Chris Brown doesn't know how to lay low. As reported by every website this side of the internet (including you're very own Prefix Mag), on Halloween Chris Brown and friends dressed up in Taliban-inspired garb, wearing turbans, robes, beards and rifles. A photo was posted to his Istagram account accompanied by the caption, "Ain't nobody Fuking wit my clique" (a reference to the G.O.O.D. Music track, "Clique").

Amidst the backlash that immediately ensued, many of Chris Brown's fans came out in support of his controversial choice of attire, including none other than his own mother. Writing under the Twitter handle of @mombreezy, Joyce Hawkins said "HALLOWEEN IS FOR FUN NOTHING MORE THAN JUST FUN. GET A LIFE PLEASE."

One can only look forward to the next stunt Brown will entertain and offend us all with. [MTV News]
