Chris Brown released an official apology for the whole beating up Rihanna thing that happened in February. Brown has backed up from his "I'm not a monster" tone and offers an emphatic apology via a Teleprompter that is roughly five months too late.

Brown says that he was advised not to say anything, including an apology, until his attorney told him it was cool to talk. Whoever gave him that advice clearly didn't care that Brown looked like an unapologetic douche for the last five and a half months, and it's pretty late to be publicly wondering "what went wrong that night."
