Chris Brown Announces Tour With T-Pain, Kelly Rowland

Three of radio's most-played artists -- Chris Brown, T-Pain, and Kelly Rowland -- are hitting the road together for a pretty substantial tour of the U.S. (and Toronto). It's all another means of further pushing Brown's latest album, F.A.M.E., and (maybe) his new mixtape, Boy in Detention, that features the singer wearing his rapper cap for the entirety of the release. Young Money scrub Tyga is also serving as a supporting act for the jaunt, though most people will probably show up after his set anyway.
