The Black Keys are currently on the road and set to play Norfolk, Virg. this evening. But last night, and March 12, the Akron, Ohio duo played New York City’s Madison Square Garden in support of their latest album, El Camino. For each MSG appearance, visual artist Shepard Fairey designed a concert poster to accompany it.
They’re both 18 x 24 inch screen prints done in black, red and off-white–and they look pretty righteous. One is a portrait of the Keys’ Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney. The prints will go on sale March 27 for $45 and the quantity is limited at 550. Go to Fairey’s ObeyGiant website if you’re interested. [Complex]
